1.Consideration
of Approval of a Resolution Adopting the Plan for California’s Nonpoint
Source Pollution Control Program (Program Plan) and Authorizing the Executive
Director to Submit the Program Plan to the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for Approval
and to Implement the Program Plan.(The
Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed resolution.)(note:if
