Consideration of a Resolution to approve funds in the amount of $525,000 from the Cleanup and Abatement Account (CAA) to the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board (San Diego Regional Water Board) for a study of Sediment Contamination and Eutrophication in Coastal Wetlands in the San Diego Region.

*4. Consideration of a proposed Resolution adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration for change in place of use and extension of time to put water to full beneficial use under permit of Sleepy Hollow Properties.

*5. Consideration of a proposed Order granting a change in place of use and extension of time to put water to full beneficial use under permit of Sleepy Hollow Properties.

* Items on the uncontested items calendar may be removed at the request of any Board member or person.  If an item is removed from the uncontested items calendar, it will only be voted on at this meeting if the Board accepts the staff recommendation for the agenda item.  Otherwise, the item will be continued to a subsequent board meeting to allow input by interested persons.
