Water Board staff is recommending the Water Board approve the revised Salinas Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) dated May 2008, at its regularly scheduled meeting in Watsonville on July 11, 2008. The revised SWMP is available for review on the City of Salinas' website or at the Water Board office.
