Amendment to the Sacramento / San Joaquin Basin Plan for Bacteria
Updates the water quality objectives for bacteria to use an e. coli pathogen indicator rather than fecal coliform. Status: Adopted by the Regional Board on 6 September 2002 in Resolution No. R5-2002-0150. Before becoming effective, this amendment must be approved by the State Board, Office of Administrative Law and the US Environmental Protection Agency.
