Draft Amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Tulare Lake Basin for Bacteria
Update of the water quality objectives for bacteria in waters designated for water contact recreation in the Water Quality Control Plan for the Tulare Lake Basin. Status: Adopted by the Regional Board on 17 October 2002 in Resolution No. R5-2002-0176. Before becoming effective, this amendment must be approved by the State Board, Office of Administrative Law and the US Environmental Protection Agency.
