Supplemental Environmental & Regional Water Quality Improvement Projects List
On 5 December 2008, the Regional Board adopted a resolution that outlines the criteria for accepting proposals for projects that can be accepted on the Regional Board’s Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) and Regional Water Quality Improvement Projects (RWQIP) List. Interested parties can submit proposals for consideration by following the instructions contained in the criteria. All projects submitted for consideration are subject to staff’s review and a 30 day public comment period before they are formally accepted for inclusion on the list.

- Enforcement Action Summary Reports for the Central Valley Water Board
The Regional Water Boards are posting, on a quarterly interval, information related to all enforcement activities since January 1, 2007 which are recorded in our data system. In addition, for administrative civil liability actions, we are providing information related to the initial assessment of the civil liability, the final assessment of civil liability and whether a hearing was waived. The initial table provides this information for the period January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007.
