- Board Adopts Two Conditional Waiver Orders at 22 June 2006 Meeting

Item 9 on the Central Valley Water Board's 22 June 2006 meeting agenda is a public hearing for the Board to consider adopting new Irrigated Lands Conditional Waivers. The current Conditional Waivers, adopted on 11 July 2003, expire on 30 June 2006. The Board will consider adopting two Orders, each of which has two Attachments. Now available for 30 day public review and comment. The Board will consider the tentative Conditional Waivers at its 22 June 2006 meeting. Clarify Application of Tributary Rule
On 20 October 2005, the Central Valley Water Board adopted Resolution R5-2005-0137, which added an Information Sheet to Resolution R5-2003-0105, Conditional Waivers of Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges From Irrigated Lands Within the Central Valley Region. On 5 August 2005, the Central Valley Water Board adopted Resolution No. R5-2005-0107, which amended Resolution No. R5-2003-0105, the Conditional Waivers for Discharges from Irrigated Lands Within the Central Valley. The Resolution amends Attachments B and C by revising the language of two conditions (A.7 and B.9) pertaining to Water Board staff inspections of private property and confidentiality of technical reports or portions thereof submitted to the Water Board.
