General Forms

  • Apply to join a Coalition Group, The coalition groups work directly with their member growers to assist in complying with requirements by conducting monitoring and preparing regional plans to address water quality problems.

  • Obtain Coverage under Individual Waste Discharge Requirements This option is for dischargers who wish to obtain regulatory coverage under the Waste Discharge Requirements General Order for Discharges from Irrigated Lands within the Central Valley Region for Dischargers not Participating in a Third-party Group.

Templates

Under the Waste Discharge Requirements, growers are required to prepare farm plans. Templates approved for Farm Evaluation, Nitrogen Management Plan, Nitrogen Management Plan Summary Report, and Sediment and Erosion Control Plan will be posted here once available.

Archives - Template Development

The public and other stakeholders are invited to submit written comments on the draft templates submitted by the East San Joaquin Water Quality Coalition as required by the Waste Discharge Requirements General Order R5-2012-0116, and the associated Monitoring and Reporting Program Order (Attachment B, section VI). The templates were developed under the Group Option through collaboration of various agricultural stakeholders including other coalitions in the Central Valley region and commodity groups. The deadline to submit written comments to be considered prior to the Executive Officer's determination as to whether the templates meet applicable requirements was 16 August 2013.
