Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program - Management Plans/Reviews
The Conditional Waiver (Order R5-2006-0053) requires that Coalition Groups under Order R5-2008-0005 and Individual Dischargers under Order R5-2003-0827 prepare and implement Management Plans when there have been two or more exceedances of the same pollutant at the same site within a three-year period.
