This report describes the components of the proposed Basin Plan Amendment for the control of methylmercury and total mercury in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Estuary. The report identifies a range of alternatives for fish tissue objectives and implementation options to reduce methylmercury and inorganic mercury loading to the Delta.
