Administrative Civil Liability - Adelanto Public Utility Authority

On April 4, 2008, the Water Board's Assistant Executive Officer issued Administrative Civil Liability Complaint No. R6V-2008-0012 recommending a $15,000 assessment of civil liability to the Adelanto Public Utility Authority. The Complaint alleges that this party violated the Water Board’s Cease and Desist Order (CDO) No. R6V-2007-0024 by submitting the first CDO-required quarterly status report 23 days late. If the party does not waive its right to a public hearing, the Complaint will be considered by the Water Board at a public hearing currently scheduled for its June 11-12, 2008 meeting in Victorville.
