Please submit your complete Report of Waste Discharge (Form 200), including the annual/application fee and technical supporting documents to the attention of Dr. Eric Wu, The Groundwater Permitting Program, Regional Water Quality Control Board, 320 West 4th Street, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA, 90013. Please make check payable to the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board.

Effective July 1, 2011, in addition to submitting hard copies of reports to the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board) office, dischargers are directed to submit all reports required under the waste discharger requirements (WDR) adopted by the Regional Board, including groundwater monitoring analytical data and discharge location data, to the State Water Resources Control Board’s GeoTracker database. DISPOSAL AND ONSITE USE OF CONTAMINATED SOILS AND RELATED WASTES AT MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILLS |
On March 3, 2011, Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board) adopted Order No. R4-2011-0052 to establish requirements for the disposal or on-site use of contaminated soils at municipal solid waste landfills in the Region. The Order requires specific procedures for acceptance, disposal, and on-site use of contaminated soils and expanded stormwater pollution prevention plans to be protective of the quality of the waters of the State. |
