SIERRA PACIFIC INDUSTRIES PLANS SAWMILL CLEANUP
Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI), in conjunction with the North Coast Regional
Water Quality Board (NCRWQCB), is currently conducting several environmental
studies in and around its Arcata Division sawmill located at 2593 New Navy Base
Road, Arcata, California.
