Nonpoint Source Implementation 319(h) Program
The State Water Resources Board has awarded more than $4 million in competitive grants with funding from the Federal 319 Nonpoint Source Implementation Program to prevent, reduce, or eliminate pollutants from entering impaired California waterways. These grants are for projects that specifically implement Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs or pollutant limits) designed to correct water-quality impairments.
