Documents on the Water Boards' website are mostly presented in PDF format. However, occasionally, you may find them in other electronic file formats.

There are free readers for many software programs, available on the internet. Below are a few suggestions. If you do not see the software you are looking for listed here, we recommend that you search for it on the internet (Google). If you need assistance, please discuss with your I.T. support team.  ~ Thank you.

PDF Format

Files in PDF format may be viewed and printed using Adobe Reader software (version 7 or higher recommended), available free from Adobe's web site at: http://www.adobe.com. Once there, locate and download the Adobe Reader. A complete hard copy of the document may be obtained by downloading and printing all pages of the PDF file. The printed report will look the same as the original, regardless of computer platform, installed fonts, or printer configuration.

Microsoft Excel Viewer

The Microsoft Excel Viewer allows people who do not have Microsoft Excel to view Excel workbook files.

Microsoft Excel Viewer is a small, freely distributable program that lets you view and print Microsoft Excel 2007, Microsoft Office Excel 2003, Microsoft Excel 2002, Microsoft Excel 2000, Microsoft Excel 97 for Windows and Microsoft Excel 95 for Windows workbook files. In addition, the Excel Viewer can open workbooks created in Microsoft Excel for the Macintosh (versions 2.2 and later).

The Microsoft Excel Viewer can open Microsoft Excel 2010 files but it will not display Excel 2010 specific features. Visit the Microsoft website for more information...

Microsoft Word Viewer

Word Viewer lets you view print and copy Word documents on a computer that does not have Word installed. This download is a replacement for Word Viewer 2003 and all previous Word Viewer versions. To download Word Viewer from the Microsoft Download Center, visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=4

MPEG Format

On the Web, MPEG Video files have the extension .mpg and MPEG Audio files generally have the extension .mp2 or .mp3. In order to play MPEG Video files or MPEG Audio, you should install an MPEG video player and an MPEG Audio Player on your system. Please see the following website for more information: http://www.mpeg.org/.

ZIP Archive

The files contained in a ZIP format archive may be downloaded and then decompressed with software available on the Internet at either of the following sites:

http://www.winzip.com/index.html
http://www.pkware.com/

QuickTime

Video files may be played using QuickTime software, available free from Apple's web site at:
