Update of Basin Plan (Basin Plan Issue No.1)

This amendment edits and reformats text, and updates graphics in the Basin Plan. One of the goals of this amendment was to "republish" the Basin Plan with all amendments adopted and approved since 2002. The San Diego Water Board Resolution for this amendment also reinstated text into the Basin Plan on "Controllable Water Quality Factors." However, the State Water Board in approving the amendment, did not approve reinstating the text. Thus, the "Controllable Water Quality Factors" text will not be published in the Basin Plan. The State Water Board approved the amendment on November 15, 2006. Therefore, only the amendment has been forwarded to the OAL, where it is pending approval. The amendment must also be approved by USEPA.
