The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board (Water Board) requests public comments on many types of draft documents: Basin Plan amendments, adoption of TMDLs (Total Maximum Daily Loads), NPDES permits, Waste Discharge Requirements, Site Cleanup Requirements, Enforcement Orders, California Environmental Quality Act documents and more. Basin Planning and TMDLs
  • Guadalupe River Watershed Mercury TMDL
    The Water Board's second hearing on a Basin Plan amendment incorporating a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for mercury in the Guadalupe River Watershed, previously scheduled for August 13, 2008, has been postponed. Please check the Project Page for a new date.

  • Sonoma Creek Sediment TMDL and Habitat Enhancement Plan
    The second hearing on the Water Board's proposed Basin Plan amendment and supporting Staff Report establishing a total maximum daily load for sediment and habitat enhancement plan for the Sonoma Creek watershed has been postponed. Please check back here and on the project page for the new hearing schedule.
