UST Program - Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) Notification
NUMBER OF UST FACILITIES SUBJECT TO ELD TESTING
The following list shows, by county, the number of UST facilities that are subject to the requirement to conduct enhanced leak detection (ELD) based on proximity to public drinking water wells. Some facilities have not complied with previous notifications, by either demonstrating that they are not subject to the testing requirement or by submitting ELD test results. The State Water Board has not yet notified other facilities that they are subject to this testing requirement. The State Water Board is coordinating this project with the CUPAs, which maintain records on tank installations and closures and verify UST facility locations. The State Water Board will update this list quarterly.
The following information is current as of March 31, 2007.
