UST Program - EVR Multi-Agency Review Process
On February 28, 2005, the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) and California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff held a staff-level workshop to solicit public comments on Proposed " Guidelines for Determination of Compliance of Enhanced Vapor Recovery Systems with Underground Storage Tank Statutes". Comments were also requested on the draft State Water Board/ARB Staff Report on Post-Installation Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) Testing of Phase 1 Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) Equipment. The deadline for comments on the proposed guidelines and draft staff report is February 28, 2005.
