My Drinking Water
The Water Boards regulate discharges to California's water bodies (streams, rivers, lakes, etc.) to protect our water and the State Water Board allocates water rights.
The State Water Board's Division of Drinking Water (DDW) regulates California's public drinking water systems and oversees a variety of drinking water-related activities.
You can also find links to required annual reports from water suppliers as well as other information on drinking water at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (US EPA's) Website " Local Drinking Water Information/California Drinking Water."
The California Department of Public Health's (DPH's) Food and Drug Branch regulates bottled, vended and hauled water.
Please Note: The links to US EPA and DPH are NOT State Water Board sites and we do not control or edit the information on them.
