1994

• Quality Assurance Project Plan (pdf)
  The QAPP describes the quality assurance and quality control activities and measures implemented during the BPTCP monitoring efforts to ensure the data meet quality criteria established for the Program.

1996

• Report to the California Legislature  (pdf)
  The SWRCB was required to report the California Legislature on the progress of the BPTCP and the adequacy of the annual fees established to fund the Program. The report describes the Program accomplishments and adequacy of the annual fees through 1996.

  This report describes and evaluates chemical and biological data collected from San Diego Bay, Mission Bay, the San Diego River estuary and the Tijuana River Estuary between October 1992 and May 1994.
