Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR)

The transition of Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) to the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is completed. In summary, all NPDES data entry functions that U.S.EPA-Region 9 has managed in the past are now the responsibility of the Discharge Monitoring Report Processing Center (DMRPC) of the State Water Board.
