Enforcement Reports - Annual SEP Report

The Feburary 3, 2009 Policy on Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEPs) requires an annual report of SEPs, both completed and in progress.

• Status of Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEPs) from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 (as of March 1, 2012)

In addition to these annual reports, the Water Boards have created a Penalty Project Report allowing the user to review projects (including SEPs) associated with penalty actions. This report allows the user to specify the particular time frame or geographic area that may be of interest.
