• New!  Planning for Sustainability: Handbook for Water and Wastewater Utilities. A series of webinars conducted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) is being planned that will acquaint potential users with the document and how it can benefit their work. • New!  The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) FFY 2011/2012 Intended Use Plan was adopted by the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) on March 20, 2012.  The IUP is the State Water Board’s annual business plan, and describes the amount of money CWSRF has available and the terms being offered this year.
