The American Recovery and Reinvestment Bill of 2009 (ARRA) was enacted on February 17, 2009. The California Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) will receive an amount in excess of $280 million. Priorities will be focused on "shovel-ready" projects that will create jobs immediately. Federal Stimulus Dollars Help Communities Put Californian’s Back to Work. The State Water Board's Division of Financial Assistance distributed money at four times the normal rate in 2009. Below is a list of projects funded by ARRA.
