Office of Operator Certification
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) has taken steps to increase enforcement and compliance with the Operator Certification Regulations and the California Water Code. If you have reason to suspect a violation of the Operator Certification Regulations or the California Water Code, it is important to let us know about it. All allegations of potential violations are taken seriously. Reports can be made anonymously.
Violations of the Operator Certification Regulations or the California Water Code may result in the imposition of Administrative Civil Liability and/or disciplinary action. Disciplinary action includes refusing to grant, suspending, or revoking an operator, provisional operator, or operator-in-training certificate or a contract operator registration or reprimanding or placing on probation an operator, provisional operator, or operator-in-training certificate.
