Proposed Policy for Toxicity Assessment and Control
The draft “Policy for Toxicity Assessment and Control” proposes numeric toxicity objectives, a standardized method of data analysis, corresponding monitoring and reporting requirements, and provisions for compliance determination. If adopted, the draft Policy will supersede Section 4 of the State Implementation Policy (SIP).
