UST CLEANUP FUND UPDATES AND NEWS (FUN) MEETINGS

The UST Cleanup Fund plans to hold Fund Updates & News (FUN) meetings at least three times yearly to provide overviews of Fund topics of interest to stakeholders. These meetings will share basic information, provide updates, and clarify confusion about Fund programs and processes.  During FUN meetings, high level information will be provided, including upcoming changes and observed trends. The UST Cleanup Fund receives many requests for routine information and sends out information to those who have signed up to receive email alerts, and posts this information and more on the Fund website.

FUN meetings are web-based using GlobalMeet. Each meeting can be accessed by using the link: https://stateofcaswrcbweb.centurylinkccc.com/CenturylinkWeb/FUNMeetingRoom. A standard agenda for the meetings is available, as well as a reference document.  The reference document status shows links to information on the Fund webpage. The agenda and reference documents may be updated prior to each meeting based on input received prior to the FUN meeting.

FUN Meetings are announced using the UST Cleanup Fund email subscription service. Be sure to sign up to receive these announcements. Questions may be sent via email before, during, or after the meeting to: ustcleanupfund@waterboards.ca.gov. The UST Cleanup Fund will make an effort to provide timely responses to questions.  However, the UST Cleanup Fund may not be able to respond to all questions during the meeting. During the meeting the Fund will not respond to claim-specific or hypothetical questions. Further follow-up to questions received may result in the UST Cleanup Fund sending out additional information using the email subscription service and posting additional information on the program’s website.
