Contamination Orphan Site Cleanup Subaccount Program
The Contamination Orphan Site Cleanup Account (OSCA) Program was a financial assistance program in the Division of Financial Assistance that sunset January 1, 2008. The OSCA Program was established to provide financial assistance to eligible applicants for the cleanup of brownfield sites contaminated by leaking petroleum underground storage tanks where there is no financially responsible party.
A new Contamination Orphan Site Cleanup Fund was created under SB1161 and was made effective January 1, 2009. See additional information on the new Program.
