ROBERT MANN (INDIVIDUAL & TRUSTEE) AND ROBERT C. MANN 1999 TRUST - ADMINISTRATIVE CIVIL LIABILITY AND CEASE AND DESIST ORDER HEARING
The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining: 1) whether to impose administrative civil liability (ACL) for unauthorized diversion of water and for failure to file a required statement of water diversion and use; and 2) whether to adopt a cease and desist order (CDO) against the Robert C. Mann 1999 Trust and Robert Mann, both in his individual capacity and in his capacity as trustee of the Robert C. Mann 1999 Trust (referred to collectively as Mann)- Unnamed Stream tributary to Pepperwood Creek thence House Creek thence Wheatfield Fork Gualala thence South Fork Gualala thence Gualala River.

- PLEASE NOTE: The State Water Board will consider adopting the May 20, 2015, draft order at its tentatively scheduled Board meeting on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 (not July 7, 2015). The State Water Board will issue a public notice of this meeting at least ten days in advance. Comments on the draft order are due by 12 Noon, Wednesday, June 10, 2015.
