Vineyard Club, Inc. – ACL/CDO Hearing

The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to issue an order consistent with draft Cease and Desist Order No. 262.31-14 and whether to impose administrative liability as proposed in Administrative Civil Liability Complaint No. 262.5-44 issued by the Chief of the Division of Water Rights against the Vineyard Club. Inc.
