The Board will conduct the Board Meeting at the Rancho Cordova office on both Thursday and Friday, but will provide teleconference equipment that will permit Board Members to participate from the Board’s Fresno office. The public may participate in the Board meeting through audio electronic means from the Fresno office location, but is strongly encouraged that anyone planning to make a presentation to the Board should attend the meeting in Rancho Cordova.
