Order No. R5-2014-0144, , 189 KB, PDF (PDF Info), Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges Related to Timber Harvesting Activities, adopted 4 December 2014, includes Attachment A (Categorical Waiver), Attachment B (Monitoring and Reporting Conditions) and Attachment C (Monitoring and Reporting Program). No new project enrollments will be processed under the Categorical Waiver as of 9 June 2017. All new projects must enroll under the General Order above.
