ARRA Projects - Phillipsville CSD

Among the projects funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) is the Phillipsville Community Services District (CSD) Project.

Project Description: Phillipsville will solve problems of having a water source that is under the influence of unfiltered surface water and periodic water outages by installing treatment on the spring source, replacing the deteriorated distribution pipes and installing a storage tank.
