Four of 27 samples exceeded the Basin Plan objective for Dissolved Oxygen and this does not exceed the allowable frequency listed in Table 3.2 of the Listing Policy. 4. Data Used to Assess Water Quality:	Four of twenty seven surface water samples are below the water quality objective. The annual mean in 2005 is 8.96 mg/L and in 2006 is 6.39 mg/L. These exceed the objective 37 percent of the time. Data was collected by the City of San Diego Water Department for monitoring of their drinking source water reservoirs. Sampling occurred from January 2005 to December 2006.

A total of 13 sample composites were generated from two species: Largemouth Bass (11) and Common Carp (2). A total of 3 out of 13 samples exceeded the OHHEA fish tissue screening value for human health.
