Section 401 Water Quality Certification Public Notice

The San Francisco Region Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The purpose of the Project is to stabilize the slope and roadway at MP 6.4 on Marshall Petaluma Road and prevent further erosion and destabilization of both the slope and roadway. The prevention of further erosion will also protect Walker Creek. |
