Regional Board Conclusion: A TMDL for dissolved oxygen was approved by USEPA in December 2018. This TMDL for Suisun Marsh will also resolve the mercury impairments Suisun Marsh system.
 
Regional Board Decision Recommendation: After review of the available data and information, RWQCB staff concludes that the water body-pollutant combination should not be removed from the section 303(d) list because applicable water quality standards for the pollutant are being exceeded. The impairment is being addressed by a USEPA-approved TMDL.

The Suisun Marsh Mercury TMDL - approved by USEPA on 12/31/2018 is intended to resolve the impairment for mercury. Thus, this waterbody should remain on the 303(d) list, but the listing is now being addressed by a USEPA approved TMDL.
