The Regional Water Quality Control Board is proposing to revise the Quail Valley On-site Septic Tank-subsurface Disposal System (Septic System) prohibition and is inviting comments regarding the scope and content of the analysis and potential environmental impacts, alternatives, and mitigation measures. Note: Comments were due by Monday, March 26, 2018 5:00 PM.

California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Scoping Meeting
February 22, 2018 4:00 – 6:00 PM

Staff of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Santa Ana Region, held a CEQA scoping meeting regarding a proposed revision to the Quail Valley On-site Septic Tank-subsurface Disposal System (Septic System) prohibition. Participants provided oral comments on the scope and content of the substitute environmental documentation that will be prepared for the proposed Basin Plan amendment.
