PG&E Bay Area Operations and Maintenance General Order
Projects that involve discharges to waters of the state in more than one region are the jurisdiction of the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board). The following general order is under development for a multi-regional project.

The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) has received an application for water quality certification and waste discharge requirements for the Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Bay Area Operations and Maintenance Program. PG&E’s Bay Area Operation and Maintenance Program consists of activities required to maintain safe and operable electrical and gas utility infrastructure including operation and maintenance of PG&E’s gas and electrical transmission and distribution systems and minor new construction within the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Matin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Sonoma.
