Under this section a single line of evidence is necessary to assess listing status. Three lines of evidence are available in the administrative record to assess pollutant. None of samples exceed the water quality objective. None of the reporting limits were below the California Toxics Rule criterion concentration of 0.0002 ug/L, these samples could not be used to determine compliance with water quality standards, according to section 6.1.5.5 of the Listing Policy.
