| Regional Board Conclusion: | The "Russian River HU, Middle Russian River HA, Mark West Creek HSA" water body has been split into four water bodies for the current Integrated Report cycle: (1) Russian River HU, Middle Russian River HA, Mark West HSA, mainstem Mark West Creek downstream of the confluence with the Laguna de Santa Rosa, (2) Russian River HU, Middle Russian River HA, Mark West HSA, mainstem Mark West Creek upstream of the confluence with the Laguna de Santa Rosa, (3) Russian River HU, Middle Russian River HA, Mark West HSA, tributaries to Mark West Creek (except Windsor Creek and its tributaries), and (4) Russian River HU, Middle Russian River HA, Mark West HSA, Windsor Creek and its tributaries.
LOE 47197 is a copy of placeholder LOE 4770 from the 2006 Listing cycle. LOE 47426 is new for the current Integrated Report cycle. This pollutant is being considered for removal from the section 303(d) list under section 4.2 of the Listing Policy. Under this section a single line of evidence is necessary to assess listing status. Two lines of evidence are available in the administrative record to assess this pollutant. Based on the readily available data and information, the weight of evidence indicates that there is sufficient justification against removing this water segment-pollutant combination from the section 303(d) list (i.e., sufficient justification to not delist).
