Water Recycling Funding Program (WRFP)

GUIDELINES AMENDMENT

The Water Recycling Funding Program (WRFP) Guidelines were last revised on October 21, 2004. A few critical changes have been identified as necessary to administer the WRFP. An amendment is proposed to clarify eligibility of costs and revise waiver of litigation rights language to conform to a previous State Water Board decision.

A public workshop on the proposed amendment was held in San Diego on May 15, 2008. The proposed amendment is attached to the public notice of the workshop. Comments on the proposal were submitted by May 17, 2008. The State Water Board will consider adoption of the proposed amendment at the July 15, 2008 Board Meeting, at which time there will be opportunity for additional public comments.
