ARRA Projects - City of Ceres 005

Among the projects funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) is the City of Ceres Project 005.

Project Description: The City of Ceres project will reduce the uranium level to meet safe drinking water standards by installing a pre-filter that would prevent media sand from accumulating on the uranium treatment bed, a flush to waste valve at the well, and a site enclosure to prevent damage to the equipment.

Final Project Cost: $235,000
