Public Comment Period on the Lahontan Water Board Proposed Waste Discharge Requirements for the USFS Lake Tahoe Management Unit (LTBMU) South Shore Fuel Reduction and Healthy Forest Restoration Project (South Shore Project) – The Lahontan Water Board is acting as the Lead Agency under the California Environmental Quality Act for the above project. The Water Board anticipates considering waste discharge requirements for the LTBMU South Shore Project at the April 2012 Lahontan Water Board Meeting. The Water Board will be evaluating the LTBMU’s Final Environmental Impact Statement as part of its regulatory decision.
Please provide comments on this document to the Water Board by April 2, 2012 at Noon, which is approximately ten (10) days before the Board Meeting.
