Lake Tahoe TMDL Symposium (December 9-10, 2004)
Lahontan RWQCB and Nevada Division of Environmental Protection hosted a public symposium on the Lake Tahoe TMDL on December 9-10, 2004 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in South Lake Tahoe. The symposium included presentations of TMDL research efforts and discussions of the coordinated public participation process associated with the TMDL, the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency’s Regional Plan update, and the U.S. Forest Service’s forest management plan update. About 150 members of the public, scientists, consultants and interested agency staff attended the symposium.
