Dr. Stacy L. Sinclair-Tarr has taught elementary, middle and high school for over 15 years and is National Board Certified in the area of Early Adolescent Generalist. She has worked at the California Department of Education in district level administration and in outreach training for teachers. As an education consultant, she provides professional development to teachers, administrators and site coordinators in content and strategies for K-12, develops curriculum and assessments for schools and districts, and provides support in grant writing and grant management. She is currently working with the Water Boards and plan developers to answer any questions you might have about using the new water education materials.
