Norrbom Revocation Hearing

The purpose of this hearing was for the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) to receive evidence on whether the SWRCB should revoke water right Permit 20405 (Application 29396) held by Peter Norrbom for Diversion or Use of Water from an Unnamed Stream Tributary to Agua Caliente Creek. By letter dated September 28, 2004, Mr. Norrbom requested that the SWRCB cancel the scheduled hearing and revoke Permit 20405. Accordingly, the hearing was canceled.
