The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) will hold a hearing on Applications 18334X02, 20521, 30522, and 30552 of Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency to appropriate water from College Lake (Salsipuedes Creek), Harkins and Watsonville Sloughs, and Pajaro River (Murphy’s Crossing) in Santa Cruz County.
