San Diego Region - Active Administrative Civil Liability Complaints

Administrative Civil Liability Complaint No. R9-2012-0036, against the City of Oceanside, Haymar Line Sanitary Sewer Overflow to Buena Vista Creek, Buena Vista Lagoon, and the Pacific Ocean
On February 22, 2012, the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Diego Region (San Diego Water Board) issued ACL Complaint No. R9-2012-0036 against the City of Oceanside in the amount of $1,572,850 for violations resulting from the discharge of 5.35 million gallons of raw sewage from December 23-28, 2010 into Buena Vista Creek, Buena Vista Lagoon, and the Pacific Ocean.
