Underline/Strikeout Versions of Revised Tentative Cleanup and Abatement Order and Draft Technical Report (posted May 23, 2008)

In accordance with the Second Amended Order of Proceedings for Tentative Cleanup and Abatement Order No. R9-2005-0126, dated May 2, 2008, the Cleanup Team is providing underline/strikeout versions of the Revised Tentative Cleanup and Abatement Order and draft Technical Report. Microsoft Word was used to compare and merge the referenced documents, dated April 4, 2008, with the pre-release draft documents, dated August 24, 2007, that were posted on the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board’s Website on September 6, 2007.

Note: The merge resulted in overlapping of figures and text boxes, occasional bullet numbering changes, and additional page breaks being inserted into the documents that were unrelated to any revisions.
